Phil's K-1 Guide -- I Refer To It Constantly!
Prior to finding out about (and buying) Phil's K-1 Visa Guide I had already been researching the K-1 requirements on my own.
Through my own I had stumbled on the Visa Journey website (a great site), and had visited numerous government websites.
I then found Phil through the K-1 Visa Formum on facebook. I liked that he gave solid, friendly, free advice there.
With his facebook page that he had set up and with the forum and youtube information videos on his website I felt that he was not only competent but also web-savvy (which I liked), and that if I were to ever hire him I would be able to communicate with him electronically very easily.
When he made the K-1 Visa Guide available for sale I read the free downloadable "contents page" and immediately bought the entire guide, because what I had been seeing here and there all over the internet (plus more) was now put all in one place for me.
As I have been working through the K-1 petition process to bring my Latvian fiancee, Liga, to the USA I find myself constantly referring to Phil's guide that I have downloaded and printed out.

This Guide is well worth the money, buy it!
No matter where you are in the process of trying to bring your fiance to the USA, I highly recommend you purchase this Guide. It is clearly organized and written, has examples that speak to our use of multiple social media (skype, chat, email), and basically walks you through the process and what to avoid. This is not a simple process to go through, and it is a mistake to think you can do it without help from someone who knows! As for my situation, I am preparing to go through this process with my fiance within this next year, and purchased it specifically to educate myself before doing it. Also, I am in the field of communications and training, and have designed instruction and delivered training for people all over the world . . . so I have searched the internet for a top-notch resource . . . this is IT! The P. Curtis K-1 VISA guide is the Real Deal
Please Please Please don't depend on so called and self declared "Experts" that can easily be found on several public forums that cater to those seeking immigration advice! Had I followed the advice of those forums I would have doomed my K-1 Petition to failure due to incorrect information. Please trust someone who has training, experience, and is willing to put his name on the book (vs. some anonymous clown on a website). Seek legal advice before trying to accomplish the K-1 process yourself, it's not for everyone, but if you want to 'do-it-yourself' this guide will give you the tools to prepare, assemble, submit, and follow up on your K-1 through every step. Using the guide doesnt guarantee success, but it does ensure that you submit the CORRECT forms, the CORRECT evidence, and CORRECTLY navigate the process which is 75% of the battle!
