Question: I’m in U.S now. My visa is B2 and multiple-entry, and my staying time on Form I-94 expires in May, my visa expires in Aug, I’m planning to take a cruise to Bahamas for 7 days in Mar, Can I re-enter to USA without hassle after cruise?
Whether or not you are granted entry is always up to the immigration official at the border. However, from what you say you will leave the U.S. before your authorized stay expires on your I-94 and will have a valid visa at the time you reenter the U.S. after your trip. You certainly meet all the documentary requirements for entry but they can always deny you.
