If you accrued more than 365

If you accrued more than 365 days of unlawful presence in the U.S. you would be subject to the 10 year bar. If you apply for a K1 visa you will have to apply for a waiver of this bar.

deportation

Do you think its a possible way to get back legally? and how long would this process take? Is there another way to get back legally?

It's certainly possible but

It's certainly possible but these cases are very fact specific. If and when you are engaged to a U.S. citizen and are considering applying for a K1 visa please contact me and we can discuss in more detail.
