DV lottery winner, AoS

I am a DV winner of 2011.
I filed i-485 to apply for AoS in mid July when visa bulletin announced my case is current in September.
I know about the deadline of Sept 30 but I have not heard back from CIS.
I went to their office several times but they just replied the same answer, your case is under review!
Although they know about the deadline, but it seems they are not going to expedite the processing.
Would you please inform me if they do not approve my case before Sept 30,
what options do I have and how you can help with that as an attorney?

Applying for DV/Green Card Lottery
Hi Ross, I don't believe I have ever handled a DV lottery case. Most people file the applications on their own because it really doesn't require any legal knowledge. If you case is not approved I would encourage you to apply again. There are some good services that are reasonably priced that will apply for you every year so you don't have to worry about it.
