Fiance Visa Form

There are a lot of unscrupulous websites out there that sell immigration related services including immigration law forms. All USCIS immigration forms are free and available for download on the USCIS website. Be sure that you use only forms downloaded from the USCIS site. Other forms may be out-of-date.

There are several forms that are used throughout the K1 fiance visa process. However, the actual application for the K1 visa is made on USCIS Form I-129F. This form can be completed on your computer and printed out for filing. You cannot save the information you enter into the form unless you have the full version of Adobe.

In addition to Form I-129F, you will also need to complete and file Form G-325A. One G-325A needs to be completed by the U.S. Citizen and one by the foreign national fiance.

Be sure to read the I-129F instructions carefully if you plan to attempt the process on your own.
